Guarantees and commercial policies


All the wines on sale on our website are selected to bring a high-level quality offer to your home.

Monte Zovo guarantees that all the indications on the label comply with current legislation and reflect the characteristics of the wine.

The indications of the alcoholic strength, of the continuous production and of the allergens (contains sulphites) are on the back labels and according to the law.

Each wine you find on our website is accompanied by a single product sheet that has its main features, which can be downloaded from our website.

Given the nature of the product for sale on our site, the contents of the individual cards may be subject to updates and changes (see the item updates and changes).

The sale and delivery of wines and products on is reserved for consumers over 18 years of age.

By using our site, you declare that you are of legal age.

Monte Zovo intends to target consumers with purposes not related to commercial or entrepreneurial activities related to the world of wine. Orders placed on the site refer to personal consumption and needs. Monte Zovo reserves the right not to execute orders from operators with purposes other than those listed above.


Prices and Payments


All prices are inclusive of VAT.

The cost of transport is indicated separately in the purchase process and on the invoice. Prices are subject to updates, so we invite you to check the final sale price before submitting your order.

The payment methods are indicated in the purchase process and are: PayPal, Credit Card or prepaid.

The sales contract is to be considered concluded when receives the complete payment order form.

With the transmission of the order, you declare to know and unconditionally accept the General Conditions of Sale of and the additional information contained on the site, including the references to the Privacy Policy.




The issue of the invoice is contextual to the order. The document, in pdf format, will be made available to you in the personal reserved area.


Shipping and delivery


We care a lot about the care of wine, that’s why we have chosen to use safe packaging for our deliveries that guarantee the integrity of the bottles transported. The transport of our wines is entrusted to couriers that we have selected and who take full responsibility for delivery.

The sale and delivery of wines and products on is limited to the Italian territory and adults (18 years).

Shipping costs are € 8.70 for each order sent.

In the case of orders of € 70 or more, shipping costs are free.

It is possible to request the additional service for delivery by paying the supplement of € 5 per delivery by 12.00.

Shipping times are generally between 48-72 hours from the time the order is received.

To view the status of the order you can enter your reserved area in in the “my orders” section, from there you can track the delivery of your purchase.

Once your order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address. We suggest you check the shipping address entered before submitting the order by accessing your reserved area on our site in your profile data.

Guarantee, refunds and right of withdrawal

In the e-mail you will have to communicate the order number and the accurate description of the defect (we recommend that you document everything, wherever possible, with photographic material).

In case of receipt of damaged products, please contact our customer service by email, sending all possible documentation to highlight the damaged product.

In case of receipt of products that you believe are not compliant, we ask you to inform us by e-mail at indicating the order number and the reason for the notification or by calling us on 045 728 13 01. Our customer service is at your disposal to solve the problem and to give you all the necessary information to proceed with the replacement or any refund.

If, on the other hand, you wish to avail yourself of your right of withdrawal, governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code), you can do so without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods and upon written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
